FGMOCA is committed to empowering women and promoting gender equity by creating opportunities that enhance leadership, economic participation, personal development, safety, and community engagement.

Women play a critical role in building strong families and resilient communities. Our programs support women and girls from diverse backgrounds by providing access to education, mentorship, skills development, support services, and leadership opportunities that help them achieve their personal, professional, and community goals.

Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship

Supporting women through financial literacy, entrepreneurship training, employment readiness, and business development opportunities.

Newcomer Women Integration Program

Supporting immigrant and newcomer women through settlement information, networking opportunities, and skills development.
