At FGMOCA, we believe that young people are powerful agents of change with the potential to shape stronger communities and brighter futures. Our Youth Leadership and Development Programs are designed to equip youth with the knowledge, skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to thrive academically, professionally, socially, and personally.

In today’s rapidly changing world, young people face both unprecedented opportunities and complex challenges. Through mentorship, leadership development, technology training, career readiness initiatives, entrepreneurship programs, and community engagement opportunities, FGMOCA helps youth unlock their full potential and become active contributors to society.

Who We Serve

Our youth programs are designed for young people between the ages of 12 and 30, including:
